Here, we as authors of the website and “love experts” pretenders propose to you some suggestions that you consider on the way you can execute your marriage proposal! Please do not email us your complaints if our suggestions did not work. But please share with us your experiences and ideas!

Typical/Copycat

  1. The place where we first……

This is a typical idea which you would learn from both in books and in the movies. The advantage here is the location could be a place which your partner and you frequent quite often, hence she would suspect the least. Though old fashion, the place would inevitably bring back old memories and new ones to remember no matter what the answer to your proposal was! In case you still haven’t figure out what I mean

by this place, here you go.kid kiss

The place where we first……
- met
- kissed
- dated
- danced
- went overseas

2.    The box

Anoboxther typical idea where you place the ring is a small box which is wrapped in a bigger box which is wrapped in another bigger box and so on. Then the proposal just happens as she gets to the very end. There’s also an alternative idea to this whereby you replace the box with newspapers or magazine pages if you are on a tight budget. However, this idea ranks high as being very typical.

Creative

1 . Dominos!

Interesting and painstaking way to propose. To prepare for this, you have to place your dominoes yourself (to show your sincerity) on wherever place you plan to do your proposal. Bring her to the place and have someone to activate the domino effect for you. Let the effects take over and pop that question!

2.   Treasure hunttreasure hunt

If your partner loves solving mysteries, this is a good suggestion. Plan some clues and give her a map that would eventually lead her to the engagement ring and when she finally gets to the prize, propose!

3.   Jigsaw puzzle

Your partner loves puzzles instead? Use a jigsaw puzzle kit or ask a jigsaw puzzle supplier to make your proposal! Ask her to solve it without giving her the actual picture! The rule here is to be patient! It’ll take some time before she sees the whole picture depending on the number of pieces the puzzle has.

4.   The movie adretro TV

Talk to the cinema and propose to buy a time space for a proposal ad. They might just give you a huge discount since this is a one-off thing. Be sure to bring her to the cinema before the show if you arrange for the ad to be shown before it.

Adventurous

1.    Sky divingcouple parachute jump celebration

The first requirement for this to happen is that she is not afraid of heights and would love to sky dive. If not, it would be unpleasant if she is forced to do it and actually vomits half way while you splurt out that four word sentence. But be sure you are the first one to jump from the plane, have someone with the ring on ground waiting for you and pick a good place to land.

2.   Scuba Diving

Again, make sure she is not hydrophobic, or afraid of the sea. Bring her to the ddiving kissepths of the ocean and propose to her! Now the problem here is, you cannot do it vocally, hence prepare yourself to bring that water proof board and pencil so that you can pen your question. In case you don’t know, yes, you can kiss her underwater!

3.   Bungee Jumping

Before she jumps, scream out your question “Will you marry me? Jump if it’s a yes!”bungee jump

4.   Hot hot air baloonAir balloon

Pop your question with a breath-taking horizon as your backdrop.
